Welcome to LRAFB Community Council
The Little Rock Air Force Base Community Council is a civilian non-profit organization of central Arkansas community leaders dedicated to serving Little Rock Air Force Base, its mission, and its people.
It is authorized to operate within the confines of Little Rock AFB by the provisions of AFI 34-223 and sanctioned by the 19th Airlift Wing commander.
